It wasn't until this weekend that I was able to finally see the flowers I sent to my mother-in-law for Easter. To tell you the truth, I was disappointed in them. They looked nothing like the picture I ordered and were much smaller than I expected since I ordered the Deluxe. I order most of my flowers from fromyouflowers and this was the first time I've been this unsatisfied. I will order again and hope future orders are better.
I was EXTREMELY pleased with all aspects of your online ordering from the initial shopping experience to the VERY sweet & consciencious delivery lady who called me here in Ohio when there was no one home in Florida to accept the package. She graciously contacted our son who contacted us a few minutes later...he had received the fruit basket & was THRILLED with it stating the girls (aka our daughter-in-law & our 3 granddaughters) would truly enjoy it! And...the shipping was reasonably priced & right on schedule! I will be back!
Order process was great, easy and uncomplicated. Price was Good. Delivery was made same day as specified but towards the end of the day. The bouquet that was delivered did not look at all like what I ordered. I ordered blue and yellow bouquet. The roses that should have been yellow were peach/orange and I just saw greenery hopefully as the flowers open it will look better: (

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
