My only issue is with the flowers themself, after three days, they have started to die. Usually, the flowers last around 5 to days.
And overall good experience, I was thrilled with the quick turnaround time after placing an afternoon order for same day delivery. Product that arrived did not look nearly as nice as what I was expecting... I believe that the flower type was substituted for a lower quality one. That said i'm not complaining since it was a late request.

I paid extra for the before 12 delivery but I was delivered at 2:30pm. Luckily the recipient was still there so it all worked out.
I paid an extra 5 dollars for flowers to be delivered in a specific timeframe. And they wasn't delivered at that specified time.
The customer service was great! Product received was nothing like what was shown on the web site. Beautiful arrangement...just not what I had selected.
I requested same day delivery but the initial flower shop contacted could not fill the order so they had to go with another flower shop which caused a delay, till the next day, for delivery. I was fine with this but I am still showing a charge of $3.99 based on same day delivery. I plan on calling to see if this will now be removed.
Otherwise I had a good experience and would recommend this site to others.
I thought it was a bit pricey, however, I did NOT get to see the 'finished' product, as I sent it to my family in NY (I am in VA) for an anniversary gift!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
