The website said if being delivered to business they would get there by 5pm. They didn't get delivered before my daughter got off work at 5pm. When I called all I was offered was a 15% discount. $5.00 It was a birthday present and now I am very disappointed my daughter didn't get her flowers.

I placed the order for my 10 year old Granddaughter's Birthday for same day delivery. I assumed they were going to be delivered as I paid the extra money for it. I did not receive notice that they were not delivered until to late to do anything else. The website said they were 23.99 and then a 6.00 discount with Bing only to find out the price was raised to 29.99 then got the discount. I called customer service all they wanted to hear was that it was ok to deliver a day late. They said they were emailing a 10.00 coupon. I don't believe I will be using it. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I believe the cost of shipping flowers in the same town should not cost almost the entire cost of the item. I was quite upset to find out the shipping was so much. While I know the cost of doing business is up there it would be better to charge me more for the flowers than slip in a very large shipping cost. I purchase things online all the time and shipping will hinder me in the future.

I ordered the upgrade on this and when I arrived at the church was looking to see my flowers and when I saw it I was so shocked, it was smaller then the spray of flowers next to it. Hardly anything to it. I paid extra for delivery and a sash and was not impressed with the order at all. I doubt that I will ever order from you again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
