Expensive flowers, with expensive delivery fees. Flowers arrived a few minutes after the 12 noon guaranteed delivery time.
Great that you deliver on Sundays! My order was delayed and they were not delivered by noon, I did pay for the speedy delivery so I hope they refund me for the extra cost. I do realize they use sub-contractors for floral arrangement but I think they need to follow-up to ensure all services have been met.

COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER.
Ordered my flowers on a Wednesday and they were being delivered to a school. Unfortunately when they went to deliver the school was already closed. That was no big deal at all tho. The next they they were still not delivered. Offered to deliver on Friday but seeing that it was Good Friday the school was closed. They delivered on Monday finally but not till late in the afternoon. Seeing that there were so many issues I felt like they should have been a #1 priority first thing that morning. I ordered a medium arrangement and they upgraded to a large for the trouble. Went to my grandmothers yesterday, who the flowers were delivered to and there is NO way that arrangement was a large. She also said flowers started dying within one day. I am extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience! Customer service people were extremely nice and apologetic tho. But it just doesn't make of for the hassle and disappointment. These were supposed to be something special for my grandmother to receive. Instead it was more like an embarrassment.
I wanted to surprise our out-of-state daughter on her Sunday birthday this year. I was very impressed with the flower delivery person's persistence. My daughter retrieved the voice mails immediately following her morning run and was very grateful for the beautiful birthday flower and balloon arrangement. I really liked the PayPal option for my first on-line flower purchase and plan to use this site again.
Had to change the address of where to deliver the flowers as the recipient had to go to the hospital. The re-direction of the delivery was very easy to implement. The flowers arrived on time. They were beautiful from what the recipient told me. Excellent customer service.
