Very quick and easy order process, but delivery was set for same day and didn't happen. Then was promised it would show up today before noon, because we were scheduled to be out of the office for a meeting today. It showed up after 1pm while we were out of the office. They had to leave it with a neighboring business. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the way the delivery worked out. The product is very pretty, but the service has been a big stress. The product said guaranteed same day delivery on the receipt and that is why I chose this company. I Would not refer my friends.

The flowers that were first delivered to my wife was not what i paid for. I paid for 24 roses and she only received 18. Then was promised a new arrangement and they would take the old one. That was not the case they just came and pick up her flowers and delivered them 4 hrs later, even after i paid extra for the 4hr guarantee and she didn't get her final arrangement until 7 hrs AFTER I placed the order. She was happy with the final product but they shouldn't have tried to short her to begin with.
Very easy to use. Unfortunately the person that received the order sent me a picture of what she received and it did not look like the flowers I ordered the roses and lilies were there but instead of the purple wax flowers there was some sort of small white flower that did not fit in with the other flowers. Although I am disappointed my sister was content with them. Can I get the name of the florist?

The person that received the flowers said they were beautiful. They were not delivered on time. I had to call and get a refund on that part. They were delivered 10 minutes before the business closed.
