The delivery was late, i payed for morning delivery and the flowers were dropped off at 3:30 pm. The flowers did not feel fresh, the vase was warm, evident they had been sitting in the car. I purchased the deluxe arrangement and it seemed small.

Nice selection of flowers, and easy navigation of site. I was delighted that the flowers were delivered before noon the same day I ordered. When I spoke to my sister, she said the flower arrangement was beautiful. The delivery people were great, calling her for directions to her difficult to find home, and still making an expedient delivery.
I ordered this for my grand-daughter in Austin, Texas. I did not actual see it, but my daughter-in-law said it was beautiful. I call that successful. Thank you.
I paid $49.99 for a bouquet and what was delivered did not look anything like what I selected and or expected. What was delivered was very small.
I am so disappointed in the flowers I sent to my Aunt's in Chicago. The pictures they sent me looks horrible. The vases look too short for the flowers and the arrangement was so small for the price I paid! SO DISAPPOINTED!
Everything went very smoothly online and as far as I know upon delivery of the basket. It went to my grandson who fell and had a concussion. This morning they told me that he loved it, had eaten some fruit, cheese, sausage, etc...

I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE FLOWERS ARRIVED, BUT I THOUGHT FOR THE DELUXE ITEM I PICKED I EXPECTED THEM TO BE FULLER. THE ROSES WERE FULLY OPENED. 3 ROSES AND 3 GERBER DAISIES. FOR THE MONEY IT COST, I WOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING ELSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
