You promise the flowers will be deliverd in four hours but both times I ordered it has take longer then that alloted time. This order took 4 hours & 45 minutes to be received.
What I received and what I ordered do not look alike. I am very disappointed in the shop you used. My grand daughter could have done a better job with the arrangement. Customer serive is refunding me 1/2 of the amount I paid. You should choose your vendors a little better

I paid extra for same day delivery and expedited delivery within 4 hours. I ordered at 8:21am and the flowers were not delivered until 3:30 in the afternoon. When they arrived, they did not look fresh, but wilted.
They weren't able to deliver the flowers on time. But they gave me an upgrade, which was nice.
I forgot my friends birthday until the day of. Luckily, fromyouflowers was able to deliver to her within 2 hours for a very reasonable price!

I felt like the late afternoon delivery time was in response to the fact that I didn't pay the extra money to have them received in the morning, even though the order was made the day before. The actual bouquet was very basic and below my expectation.

Ordered the flowers at 11:30 PM. Had a call from my sister in law thanking me the next evening.
Website easy to use and very informative. Unfortunately, my recipient had to wait around for it. I paid extra $$$ to have the delivery arrive within 4hrs and it didn't arrive until the end of the business day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
