I would like to say, I was very surprised the order was on time for delivery ( not being able to visit with our love ones with the social distancing and all). My daughter called and said the flowers were beautiful and that made our day.Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement.
My sister sent a picture of the flowers she received so I could see them. They didn't look like the picture of the flowers I ordered and didn't look like the deluxe size. And what's with the bow? To me the bow is to make it look bigger so you don't have to use as many flowers. The picture didn't show a bow. I hate bows on a vase. The grocery store has better looking flowers. So disappointed!

I"ll know better once the arrangement arrives at my dads house and I like it. The flowers were delivered a day earlier than I wanted and the Mylar balloon, which was a little deflated, said Congratulations instead of happy birthday but there was a happy birthday card in the bouquet. The flowers were nice. I'm irritated that they were delivered early and the balloon was wrong.
They were for my granddaughter who turned 16 and she was greatly pleased.

The last two times I have ordered something one for me one for my mom it has been messed up. I was also promised to have the flowers delivered early today they did not get to my daughter until this afternoon. Plus they need to remove the 299 fee for yesterday's same-day delivery. I'm not sure if I will order from you again because of the last two times, they have been messed up

I live in Brooklyn, Ny and shipped to mom in Virginia for her birthday. I placed the order on a Tuesday to be delivered on a Friday. They arrived the day expected around 5pm. There was a vase in the picture but arrived as a bouquet. The overall condition of the tulips was good. I read several reviews after I purchased that were low but I had nothing but a good experience. This is great considering most businesses are temporarily closed! Thank You

Flowers pretty good for discount price. My Good Friday gift delivery was delayed to the following Tuesday even though I placed the order weeks advance and the location was a larger type city:-( that was very disappointing. Also am noticing that the price on the festive roses increased $10 (a month ahead of Mothers Day). Sad to see that. Will continue to use this company as long as I can continue to get the discount prices and the free shipping.
This was sent to a secret sister so I didn't get to see the product. An associate of mine did check with her and said she loved it and was very satisfied. It did get there before Easter so I'm happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
