Unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory at all, it looked like it was packaged with store products, a package of hotdogs and mustard with other items not worthy of the price. Delivery was very late. It was an embarrassment to me and person I gifted

Bouquet was not the same colors as the one I picked. I was disappointed that they were pink and yellow instead of the white and pink i thought I was getting. It was for a newborn girl and i was disappointed. The roses were beautiful and have a great aroma. My daughter in law thinks the bouquet is fine.
I have ordered flowers from this site before and the flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. I will use this site again. I heard from my mom, who was the recipient of the flowers, and she loves them. They do not sound exactly like the flowers I ordered but she likes them so that is good. She especially mentioned the beautiful vase they came in. I am not sure exactly why the arrangement was not as pictured on the website.
Apparently I did not complete the form for an additional morning delivery time. I thought I had, so my delivery that I needed to be in the morning did not arrive. It was my fault, but it was frustrating. It arrived at 4:15 pm on a Friday. The flowers of both delivery were absolutely beautiful, though.
I did not see the bouquet when it was fresh, but the person I sent it too was very impressed and happy with the flowers and balloon. I saw the flowers a few days later and the bouquet size was impressive considering it was the smallest one possible. I have sent flowers from a few other online sites and fromyouflowers.com has the best prices of all of them.
I received the flowers at 8:00 when i selected to have them delivered within business hours. THe flowers were not in good shape either. Customer service gave me $10 credit and basically told me that they can't guarantee delivery time. I won't use them again.

I appreciated the honesty when you were unable to deliver the flowers the same day, and offered an upgrade for free. Although I was unable to see the bouquet in person, I trust it was done with quality.

Hidden fees- I understand that there should be a handling fee (1/2 the cost of the flowers!), but would be more satisfied if that cost was not first introduced at the final checkout... better if it was earlier for price comparison. For example, is the service/handling charge the same for all bouquets of flowers?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
