I ordered the Happy Face Cup with yellow and white flowers. This was sent to a friend and she was delighted with the display and the cup that will be a reminder of the flowers. She said the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were delivered in just a few hours which was impressive. Would definitely use this florist again.

Same day shipping was great. I was quite upset that when they delivered the flowers to an apartment complex, they left them outside the door in the middle of a hot summer afternoon (ground floor apartment that is not closed in--lucky they weren't stolen!). I expected that they would call to ask if that was acceptable, or deliver the flowers to the main office.
Would have been better with a colored cellophane.

I ordered an arrangement 4 days in advance. They were to be delivered on my daughters birthday. At 5:30 I received a call that the flowers were not delivered. It was too late to do anything about it and the day had passed so it was upsetting. I was promised they would be delivered the following day, with an enhanced arrangement. She did receive the flowers, but the enhanced part was not present. Or, if it was,it would have been a puny arrangement to begin with. For the price, it was not a good value. The guaranteed delivery was a joke. I will not recommend this flower service to anyone and will steer people away from it. After reading other online reviews, I realize I chose a poorly operating business to be in charge of something as important as this.
I was disappointed with the vase of sunflowers sent to my granddaughter today for her birthday, they weren't the most expensive vase of flowers but from the picture she sent me there were several that were wilted. I am very disappointed
