I paid for the same day delivery and then paid extra for delivery inside of 4 hours at 9:30am. The person that I was having them delivered to received a call at 3pm telling her that they were not going to be able to deliver them by 5pm at her office. They asked her what her home address was so that they could deliver them there after 5pm. She didn't want them sitting outside as she wasn't going to arrive home until late that night so she had to go and pick them up.
Selections are unique from other online floral retailers, which I was happy to see. I didn't want to send a "typical" arrangement, but I also didn't want to pay for a pricey original from the florist. Optional add-ons at the end of your order were a nice touch and affordable (I chose a message balloon with both of my items). The two arrangements I ordered were exactly what I was looking for: uncommon, within my price range, and customizable.

The follow-up e-mail with the offer for free shipping is what motivated me to complete the order. The surprise shipping charge at the end would have lost my business otherwise.
We were told that the flowers were lovely by the person we sent them to. Wish we could have seen them, too. It may be an interesting feature to send a picture of the bouquet to the sender as it leaves so that one may experience the product as well. Thank you for getting the floral gift there on time!

I wanted to add an extra rose to my order to make the two dozen rose order 25 roses for my 25th Anniversary. I couldn't figure out how to make that happen on the website so I settled for the 24 roses.
It was very convenient and the prices are good. But it did not get delivered before 12, even though I paid extra for it

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
