Mostly pleased with the product/balloons I sent to my friend for her birthday. However, when I checked with her the following day about the order, (less than 24 hours after delivery) she reported all the latex balloons were already down. This was disappointing, given the cost.
It was very easy to order my selection. I heard from the recipient and she sent me a picture of the flowers she received. She was thrilled with the arrangement and from the picture so was I!
I had read some negative comments about your customer service (after I had sent the flowers) and I was sweating bullets thinking I made a mistake by ordering from your company. I can tell you that the recipient was thrilled and from the picture, so was I. I would not hesitate to order from you. The flowers were just as the picture I selected from.

While they gave me a 25% refund that does not help with the resulted flowers that were sent to my daughter because they cannot be undone. I also believe they will continue to use Dusty's Flowers for arrangements even though I complained and sent pictures of what they arranged. Multiple reviews on yelp said the same thing and their bouquets, etc are inferior so I don't trust this company now and would not order, nor advise anyone else to order from them.

The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture on the web site. Don't know if an error was made, or if you just substitute what you have. When I order flowers, I like for the delivered product to look like what I ordered.

Flowers received didn't look anything like order placed. There were no purple roses, only pink, no pink spray roses and different filler flowers.

After delivery was made I was not impressed with the quality of the fruit/gourmet basket. For the price paid I would have expected a wider variety of fruit and more than 1 package of crackers and 1 small tub of cheese spread. When odering a "gourmet basket" one would expect just that. Very disappointed.

I ordered two flower arrangements for my niece's service. The one that was cut flowers was to be premium yet I felt it had less roses than I expected. This order was from my dad, her grandfather. The other flowers were live Peace Lilies and were very pretty, very healthy.
