Very easy. They called the recipient to let them know they left if on the front porch and the number they should call if it was not there or not in good shape. I thought that was a nice extra touch! The recipient told me about the arrangement ( i got them a dish garden with fresh cut flowers accents), and it sounded exactly as what I saw/purchased on-line. Very please that it was indeed as nice as pictured!

Customer service contacted me regarding my order and delivery date. Representative was very friendly and courteous. Placed order late Friday evening (Calif) for Sunday delivery as I thought I was ordering too late. They were able to deliver Saturday to Massachusetts. Just in time for memorial service. Unfortunately I have not seen the arrangement(as I selected florest arrangement), but I was told it was pretty.
You shouldn't have to require a certain minimal purchase in order to deliver the flowers!
ONly after I ordered my $32 arrangemnt did I get the red flag in the check out stand that said - STOP THERE - you have to order at least a $39 arrangemnt to have the flowers delivered!
I had to go up from $32 to about $39 to get the flowers delivered. Why is that necessary? How much larger is the container for a $32 arrangement as opposed toa contianer for a $39 order?
