This was a gift for a friend. She sent me a pic, but it didn't have a flower on it like the one online or I didn't see it. Didn't get to see it in person, so could not really tell how big the deluxe really was. The wrapping around the plant was pretty... Liked it. The arrangement was nice and delivered on time. I suggest that you allow customers to select delivery date rather than requiring funeral flowers to be delivered on day of funeral only. I had ordered a plant and wanted it delivered the day before so it could be there for visitation as well as for the funeral.
It wasn't the best. I was told my flowers will be delivered before 12pm But I did not get my flowers until 3:45pm. When I called the first time the woman I spoke to said the florist said the driver left at 12. When I called the second time a man said the florist couldn't get in touch with the driver and they would call me back in 5 mins and an hour later I called again and I got the same answer that the florist couldn't get in touch with driver and hopefully he will be there soon and they would call me when they know more.
It finally came about 45 mins after that. Overall it really wasn't a great experience.

The actual flowers that were shown online were not available through the florist that was used in my area. A representative from fromyouflowers.com called to confirm that it would be okay to substitute flowers. He stated that he would upgrade the arrangement to the deluxe version since what I had seen online wasn't available. The arrangement is still small with mostly "filler" type flowers.
Fine and dandy
I purchased the flowers to cheer my Mom up as this will be our first Father's Day without my Dad. He passed away a few months ago. I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement. It was similar to the picture, but the amount of flowers was sparse. I don't want to sound ugly, but I could have purchased a nice bouquet for a similar amount of money from Costco. Placing the order was easy and the service was quick.
Pretty flowers for the ladies and one fuzzy,soft teddy bear. My girl loved it..
