Just ordered two bouquets for two friends. They both loved them! They arrived in perfect condition, looked just like the bouquet in the picture. Plus they were on a discounted price with NO SHIPPING! This was fantastic since I'm on a limited budget. Both of my friends had lost their children, and these bouquets helped ease the pain of the one year anniversary. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon, not morning. Which was ok, but what was Delivered was not same bouquet as pictures on the site. It was half the size. Very embarrassing that we would pitch in and send my father and his wife this pittily pathetic bouquet. The picture from the web site was a beautiful grandiose bouquet. Not what was Delivered. Very disappointed.
I do not think I should pay14.99 for service, that is part of the price of ordering flowers!

The delivered flowers were beautiful! I got them for my parents' 63rd anniversary and chose to let the florist make the arrangement. It was a gorgeous outcome!
