My order was suppose to deliver on 06/26. You guys delivered it on 06/24. It is totally unacceptable.
I paid the extra 4.99 for the order to be guaranteed to be there by 12:00 p.m. on the 25th. They were delivered@ 2:00 p.m. I asked if I got my money back and now no response. Why offer the extra if they don't follow up with it?

Thanks - would still like to know delivery charges earlier but at last not as much hidden costs as the other site I tried! My sister was very happy with the flowers - but the photo she sent didn't really look like what I ordered? - it was definitely much smaller & didn't have the purples in it that I expected...

This was a gift and recipient was very happy that delivery person called ahead and worked with her to put flowers in good place until could arrive home to receive them. She was very happy with them.
The purchasing process was easy, but the company notified me that a delivery was completed before it had been completed, resulting in me spoiling the surprise in my conversation with my girlfriend. Just be aware that they sometimes notify of the delivery on their way before the delivery has been actually completed.
