This was my 3rd time using From You Flowers. Each time the recipient has been very happy. Customer Service was not great this time, but I previously had a guy that was great. Must be a "hit or miss" Customer Service department. Overall, I've been pleased.
Usually pretty good. But been several times florists you use dont have what you advertise. Shouldnt advertise it if you cant provide it. Often puts off delivery by a day or two. Other than that not bad service.
