So far so good. Must see the arrangement for final decision. A call came at 8:20 am. They flower people did not have enough of the white flowers that it needed to do the arrangement. They asked my husband if they could use some colored flowers. He said No I don't think that would work. So, they said well we will have to use different flowers then we are suppose to. He said he didn't know anything about what was ordered. So, when I went to the funeral home. I was shocked. This bouquet look like flowers from Walmart stuck in a vase. It had 2 lilys 2 white roses and some carnations. It is about the size of a large grapefruit. I wanted to just pick them up and throw them in the trash. I had told my daughter inlaw that she had a nice bouquet of flowers coming and to take them home. I am really disgusted. I paid for better then standard and got walmart.
I can only rely on email received confirming delivery was made. I live in Florida and flowers were sent to New Jersey.

Well organized buying for someone who doesn't normally order flowers. All that is left is for my mother to receive the flowers. So far I highly recommend using this site. My mother sent me a picture of the flowers and I was blown away. It was a beautiful bouquet with a large balloon that had colors matching the flowers. She called all her senior neighbors to see and my sister asked me to send her your site because as me in the past we both have experienced disappointment. I thank you so much for making a special moment for my 85 year old mother.

Called customer service before placing order to inquire which version is shown in the picture (i.e. Regular, deluxe, premium). Advised the picture version was the premium, hence this is what I ordered and expected to have something similar but not exact, as I know not all products may be available and interchangeable with something comprable to what was in the picture. What arrived was something that looked like someone ran to the corner pharmacy and grab 4 big bags of candy and let a 2 year old put the package together! I can't believe someone thought the way the product looked was ok to deliver! Horrible!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
