I am very disappointed with the arrangement my sister recieved for her birthday. It wasn't even close to what was pictured on your site. The picture had at least 3 bright yellow roses, 3 white lilies & light to medium blue filler flowers. Her delivered arrangement had 2 off white roses, 2 or 3 white lilies, purple & dark blue filler flowers & a royal blue, tacky bow around the vase.
I understand that there might be slight differences between the picture online & what will actually be delivered based on flower availability but this looked nothing like the online picture.
This was supposed to be the DELUXE Bright Blue Skies arrangement & it wasn't. I feel it was not worth the price I paid, $55.97 including the extra charges for delivery.
This isn't the first time I have been disappointed with flowers ordered, so I really don't think I will order from your site again.
Luckily, my sister didn't know what the arrangement was supposed to look like so she was content with what she received. But I'm extremely unhappy!
This company has fast same day delivery and great prices. BUT I purchased "premium" and received "regular" flower decorations. The specific message was typed a certain way to make sure the "personal message" was made across to the recipient, that was hand written as a run on sentences and although it still made sense it kind of lost the meaning.
So fast my granddaughter was so happy
My Aunt was very pleased with her flowers & balloon. She said they were the most beautiful that she has ever seen & that it really cheered her up.

I purchased the Premium basket for my sons Birthday, I also purchased expedited delivery. The basket was okay, but not what I expected for the most expensive version of this Gourmet Gift basket. (Paid for the premium, received the regular basket) I specifically asked for morning delivery as my son had Birthday plans out of the house at a certain time, which was missed because the delivery was hours late. I called customer service, they were polite, but it is really up to the florist they use and not the main office. I ordered two days prior to delivery, there should not have been any problems. Extremely disappointing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
