I ordered the premium (middle choice) selection which stated it had MORE flowers than the standard and my friend (who received the flowers) sent me a photo. The collection barely looks as good as the lower priced standard version. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FLOWERS. THE ONLY PART THAT DID LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO OF THE SELECTION I CHOSE WAS THE VASE AND RAFFIA BOW. THERE WERE NOT NEARLY AS MANY FLOWERS AS THE PHOTO SHOWED. SORRY BUT I FEEL CHEATED!

Hi, the flowers that were sent were really gorgeous, however were a lot less than what the picture had been that I had selected and what was represented on my order form. I chose the middle selection of flowers which seemed to be a lot more in the picture than what was actually received.
I ordered the flowers for my daughter, so I did not see the actual "end product". I only know that they were delivered, I assume the order was fine.
So far my experience has been great but I haven't seen the flowers yet! :)

I ordered a sympathy bouquet which was pictured having stargazer lilies, roses, carnations & purple static. I gave special instructions that no carnations were to be used, any other flower would be acceptable. A small bouquet of carnations in a basket (not the pictured clear glass vase) were delivered to the funeral. My friend and I were embarrassed to have our names on the arrangement. I received a $20 refund and a coupon for future purchase. Do you think I'll purchase anything on this site again?
