Everything was wonderful, to be honest even the pricing was good. It's just that the CAD has fallen so much that the exchange rates made it a wee bit expensive since it was paid by CAD. But honestly everything was wonderful. Thanks.

The order didn't arrived on time, I called and they told me the florist were already closed but that they had in their records that the flowers were already been delivered and that I had to contact the next day, the next day while heading to work, the flowers were at the door, no one knock at the door or ring the bell, not sure at what time they left them. Bad experience
I ordered the flowers from long distance and did not receive an email that the delivery had been made. If I had not heard from the recipient some time later, I would never have known they had been delivered as scheduled. I would like to suggest that in the future, prior to sending a request to take a survey, that you send an email confirming delivery date and time. Thank you.

The flowers are beautiful; however, I was frustrated to see that the roses arrived without being in any kind of water (no water capsules on the end of each rose stem as is standard for roses). UPS trucks are typically not climate controlled. I'm sure they will not last as long as they would have if they had not been without water for 24-36 hours.
It was a pleasant experience for the first time using 'fromyouflowers.com' and the arrangement exceeded expectations.

I was very disappointed from my initial experience with you flowers because I ordered the premium white cross with multi-colored flowers and I was called by a sales person (I have her name at home)...at 4pm the day that they were suppose to be delivered and was told that they couldn't find a florist to make my cross spray for my best friends FUNERAL service/wake for her father and i was livid! I ordered it the night before (way before the 3pm deadline) and didn't understand how this could be happening? It wasn't like I was purchasing flowers for a child's birthday party.it was a one time deal...A FUNERAL! So, I voiced my disappointment and was told that they would give me a complete refund for my original purchase and send a smaller bouquet (Something) for no charge to my friend's fathers wake/service. I received a call from her family and they said the flowers were beautiful and it touched their hearts...so even though it was a rocky start.I am grateful for the level of professionalism that you fromyouflowers demonstrated for me, for their family during this most difficult time! So yes, I would use this site again and would recommend them to my friends...thank you! I greatly appreciate what you did!
They deliver to the wrong house even though I have then correct address. My friend didn't even know she was getting flowers until I algae to ask her which ruined the surprise. She then had to ask her neighbors and they were delivered to one of them instead. She finally got her flowers but if I never asked, and her neighbor were dishonest, she would have never got her flowers
