I placed a large order for 7 different bouquets to be delivered to my mother for her retirement party because at the last minute we were unable to attend. They were all delivered late so none of them made it to the party and 3 of the 4 were not what I had ordered. They'll soupy the wrong tags on two of the arrangements. I was very unhappy with the service. One of the gentlemen in my Mom's office got to experience the wonder of them delivering bouquet after bouquet of flowers, my Mither DID NOT. Two of the arrangements that were incorrect had been ordered so that they would be coordinating and they were from parents and children, with idea my Mom could have them on the altar at church on Sunday. What we got does not match at all, not even close. I spoke to customer service and they refunded the expedite fees to me since none of them made it and gave me 20% back for the incorrect bouquets. Not exactly reasonable compensation for what was messed up and what didn't happen because of it. The whole plan was to give my Mom that incredible high of feeling very loved by her children before she went off to her party. Very disappointed that this was not what occurred.
EXTREMELY disappointed. I specifically ordered a specific floral arrangement because of a specific flower. The arrangement was not even remotely close to what I ordered. It is a cheap mess of flowers that didn't even look good. Plus, the message card I typed up was not as I typed it, even to the point of my name being misspelled! I am beyond disappointed and would like a complete refund.
The flowers I specifically picked were ones that had a special meaning to me and my Mom and to have the message I send her not be correct with my name, her own daughter, spelled incorrectly, it was completely embarrassing and pointless.

Flowers arrived 3 hours late even when I paid for the 4 hour delivery time. Having to keep calling to check on my order made my experience a bad one.
The plant was sent to a friend for the death of her mother. Florist called me before delivery and said they didn't have the exact thing i ordered but had it in a hanging plant, wanted to know if it was OK to send that instead. She answered a few questions I had, then i agree'd they could send it. I appreciate that they asked first before sending it. I haven't seen the plant myself, but my friend came over to thank me for the beautiful plant.
These guys were great. They delivered a wonderful bouquet right on time and my girlfriend loved them. My only complaint is that the message you could send along with the flowers was limited to 150 characters.

I needed some flowers delivered same day to my Bestie who has been having a hard time with serious personal issues. Customer service called said there was an error with the address that they wouldn't be able to deliver same day and refunded my expedited delivery charge and upgraded the flowers to a deluxe package. While it was much appreciated, the situation required same day delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
