Well I ordered what I thought would be the largest of these on your web site, what I got to see when she brought home, was something far, far less. If you list as good, better and best, one would think the best would be better, Yes,? Well I do not see it, as a matter of fact if this is the best, I would hate to see what the Good, size would be

Too high prices
This order was for my great aunt's 100th birthday and she loved the flowers. Her daughter sent me a picture of the flower bouquet and it is beautiful. Thank you very much!

I was very impressed with the service. Delivery had to be attempted three times as the recipient was not at home on two instances. Customer service was very supportive, and kept me updated with the progress.
I'm seeing such level of service for the first time in all my years of buying online. Keep it up. The fruit basket that I picked was absolutely lovely as a thank you gift. There were a variety of products to pick from. You will be my first choice going forward for online gifts!
I am dissappointed because of two reasons
1. Firstly the flowers don't look anywhere close the pictures shown. There are more green leaves than flowers when compared to what is shown in pictures
2. The message was handwritten and with mistake. Mistake so bad that the intended message changed completely. May be it was done on purpose.

Order was not filled per my selection on time. The selection on the site was not available for delivery on the day I ordered it. I was not called until the end of the day to tell me it was unavailable. The order was placed the night before for the following day which was a birthday, so my aunt did not receive them on her birthday, it arrived the day after. It could of been avoided if they told me during the day that it could not be filled and then I could of changed my selection and it would of gotten there on time. Poor communication and customer service.
Its good I just think a15 "handling" fee is ridiculous. And the amount of several different fees is crazy.
I picked the flowers because of the color in the picture. The one delivered was no where close to the picture. I personally do not like yellow flowers. The color combination, unfortunately, made expensive flowers look cheap.
Boy do the costs add up. The losing says19.99 and it ends up being40. But anyway, great site, easy to use, good flower variety. I'd buy again
