The color of the tulips that I ordered were different; you used pale colors, not vibrant colors as in your pictures were you advertised; that was disappointing.
Also you don't inform the price of the "shipping and handling" from the beginning so at the end it added $15.00 extra dollars, so an order of $39.99 ended up being more that $70.00

We ordered a ballon and candy basket for a little boy that had a kidney transplant in Children's Hospital. We paid $100 for a large basket of candy and chocolates and 4 Mylar balloons. I was so embarrassed when I say what he received. A tin bucket with 6 bags of small chips and 4 candy bars + 1 Mylar balloon. When we complained we were told it would be "similar" not exact! It was horrible. I think whom ever runs this company should get out from behind a desk and really see what is happening with this company. Never never again.
