Found the flowers were actually delivered by UPS and were in separate boxes and not in the arrangement like on the website. Customer service had contacted me to inform me that I had put my name as the recipient of the flowers. On the phone, I had given them the correct name (my wife's) that would be the recipient and I guess they failed to relay that to the deliverer of the flowers. No big deal but it caused a tiny bit of confusion at the delivery site.
Great shopping experience but delivery fee is a little high, and once I received the actual product, I felt I overpaid for what I received. It was way too small of a flower arrangement for too high a price. The image on the website was deceiving. I felt I spent way too much, and next time, I will simply go to a flower shop.

The woman that delivered the flowers was rude and not friendly to the person receiving the flowers. While I know flowers don't always look exactly like the picture the flowers we received had only 4 roses and 4 carnations and that was suppose to be the Felix version. I was then told that each rose was $5 and each carnation is usually $3. However I paid $55 ( that was with delivery I understand) and had I known using a coupon would get me such a sad looking arrangement and rude customer service I would have paid full price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
