I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid to have the flowers delivered with in 4 hours. I ordered the flowers at 9am and they were not delivered until almost 4pm. It was noted on the flower delivery to deliver by 1pm.

I had made a mistake when typing out the address. I called and the rep was able to contact the florist in time for a same day delivery and fix it. I was very impressed with the quick delivery and the quality of the flowers, although was hoping the bouquet would have been a bit bigger with more than one sunflower.
