THANK YOU! I ordered 10 balloons, a teddy bear and gift basket of candy. It arrived before 12 and the best part was that one of the balloons popped during delivery, but we didn't mind. An hour later we hear someone honking their horn and we walk outside to see the delivery guy - he came all the way back to bring us a new balloon! Very impressed, thanks!
I want this particular delivery to go well this time...the last couple of times I have ordered have been pretty disasterous (flowers left outside of building, flowers delivered late despite the expedited fee)...pretty embarrassing for both myself and you.

Everything was easy to follow and spelled out.
Unfortunately, the flowers did not arrive before noon (I paid extra). I called pro flowers and they said they would call me back- I never got a return call. And, I did not get a credit on my account. Second time this has happened to me with this company.:-(

I decided to give them another chance thinking after a year of DISSAPOINTING deliveries things could have changed.
NOTHING has changed... I order a beautiful arrangement and after being promised I would get a phone call if a flower or vase needed to be substituted I decided to trust them again.
The first delivery was a pitiful arrangement that my partner could not believe I would chosen. After calling to complain about the atrocious arrangement I get promised another one will be deliver next day and a promise of a call if it could be deliver as the famous pic they display to get you in their scam. The second delivery was another pitiful replacement. Another dissapointment. NEVER AGAIN... It is disrespectful to everyone that wants to send flowers to a love one in happiness, love or sadness and we get NO RESPECT... an special event that turns into a nightmare.
So far, not bad. I like that this site gave me options and options for delivery.
