Same day delivery by 5:00 for a business was not completed. When I called to inquire, they apologized and upgraded the arrangement. I only wish they had let me know in a timely manner without my having to call (I did receive an email at 8pm - by which time I had already contacted them myself)

I paid almost $40 for a "Florist Choice" bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter who was having my granddaughter, when my daughter sent me a picture of the flowers I was mortified! The arrangement consisted of 2 Gerbera daiseys and a couple of filler sprigs in a skinny glass vase. After contacting Customer Service a new bouquet of flowers were delivered to her, which I was grateful for.
