The bouquet I ordered was nothing like what was ordered. I phoned and spoke to the rep and the offered me a 15% refund. I am sorry but that's just ridiculous considering I ordered flowers and got mostly greenery.

I didn't know the first name of the deceased as this was a friends father and was contacted by customer service. CSR was very pleasant and even called the funeral home to obtain needed info. fromyouflowers.com made this process simple and in my opinion went the extra mile in the name of customer service as most companies would've placed the problem back into the customers hands. Just when I thought customer service was dead, I was proved wrong by fromyouflowers.com. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

It was really nice to be able to surprise my wife with same-day flowers.
Your site was easy to navigate. I would like to know the final price before I place my order though with my credit card.
However, the flowers were not what I asked for. I paid for a sunflower arrangement with at least 3 sunflowers, and I didn't see any in the photo that she sent. I see gerbera daisies, but no sunflower! That is why my ratings are low. I am disappointed in the flower arrangment.

The variety and good values are a combination of having customers return. I love that you had lots of colorful choices. My daughter loves pink and I had several to choose from.
However, she didn't get beautiful pink flowers that were in the photo, actually what arrived appeared to be much smaller with mostly red, than what I ordered on the website.
I believe in the future I will stick with ordering from the grocery store as I really do get the picture delivered.

This is my 2nd experience with fromyouflowers and it's much better then my first. The flowers were delivered promptly to the funeral home and they were gorgeous. I feel that delivery fee is a little steep.
Excelent and Easy Service
QUICK AND EASY to place the order, order was delivered as promised the next day and I received a confirmation they were delivered as well. Since I was not able to place the order earlier than I did I was quite relieved when I was able to get "guaranteed next day delivery". I paid the extra fee for earlier delivery to ensure the person receiving them wouldn't have left for the day before they arrived. All in all, recipient and myself were both pleasantly surprised.
