Quick and easy with lots of options to choose from
I was embarrassed and appalled at the flowers that were delivered! On the website it showed a beautiful arrangement of lilies in a vase. No where in the description did it state the flowers would be delivered as stems in a box and the recipient would have to arrange the flowers. I sent what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement but instead they received 10 stems in a box and a vase in another. What I sent as a housewarming gift turned out to look like flowers that could have been picked from a backyard! I called customer service to express my dissatisfaction. The customer service rep was very nice and they did refund half of the cost of the flowers only. But that did nothing for the embarrassment I felt when the gift was received.I will never use this site again for my floral needs.

The flower arrangement I ordered was not what my wife received. The lilies in the arrangement were not opened so it looked like red roses with lots of green stems. Not the look I had hoped for when she saw them.
I'm a bit disappointed in not receiving the arrangement I spent quite a bit of time in choosing and also the quality of flowers provided in the substitute arrangement.
LOVE YOUR SERVICE! This arrangement was a surprise gift to my sister who lives in a different city than I. She called me within 4 hours of when I ordered the flowers and she was overwhelmed with how gorgous the arrangement was. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and how reasonable the prices are as well as how beautiful the flowers were.

Very frustrating when I found out the zip code was for a different part of town I was unable to change it to the correct one. However, my order was delivered to the correct address with no delay. My family truly appreciated receiving the gift.
