It took 2 days for the flowers to be delivered. As I was not the one who received the flowers, I can only hope that they were adequate. They were a sympathy gift.

The website was very easy to navigate and was able to find exactly what I was looking for especially since we don't live in the same state. The arrangement was delivered promptly as promised and my daughter-in-law sent a picture after it was received - looked exactly as stated on the website - she loved them. Thank you and I would certainly use your services if a future need arises.

When I ordered my flowers I asked for same day delivery. I was not notified until the following day that the flowers had not been delivered (these were a gift). Once I was notified, I explained to the person that I was unsure if there would be someone home and that I did not want them just left there. The person stated they would leave them at the office if there was one there. I requested that someone notify if there were any issues and if the person was not there to receive them. Again, I reiterated that I did NOT want them just left at the door. I later received a message stating they were left on the door step... I was not pleased. The point of offering same day delivery is to get them out same day, if they are unable to then there should be some immediate follow up.

I will be using a different service in the future.

What I ordered was not what was delivered. It was also missing the added ribbon. However, the arrangement was very nice, similar in shape and size. I received a credit for the ribbon and a small refund for the different arrangment.

I am low income, didn't really need to buy these but decided it was important. I chose the "florist design" option, as I thought it would have resulted in a nice arrangement of varied blooms on my budget. I even splurged on the most expensive one. However, the arrangement delivered was fairly boring, consisting of mainly carnations! I regret spending the money and will never use this service again, and I will never choose an open ended "florist design". The recipient even went so far as to say: "I appreciate the thought but you should not have spent the money - it wasn't worth it."

Bad case of buyer's remorse.
