The flowers this time started wilting right away. The balloons had lost their helium on the second day. The last time I ordered these were not issues.

In addition to the above comment that I first left...I am not sure if was the complete order as it was a gift that you delivered to a friend. I am assuming it was what i ordered and it was complete.
**The low score on the delivery time was because when I was on the website ordering, a clock came up and said 1:26 left to still order for same day delivery for an additional $2.99. So I added the $2.99, yet the phone call that the flowers were left on the front porch of the address provided came the following day, which would have been fine except I would not have added and wasted $2.99.
Other than that, I think the experience went well.

It was quick and easy. Found what I wanted right away.
There was confusion between the florist and from you flowers concerning the delivery time. I was told the flowers had been delivered to my daughter@ 5:57 pm but when I called my daughter she informed me the flowers hadn't arrived yet.
I called from you flowers and I asked who was the name of the delivery person but was told they didn't have that information yet. Thus, I asked how can you confirm the flowers were delivered at a certain time (when they hadn't arrived) but you can't tell us who delivered them. They said that info wouldn't be available then but would be available before later that evening (bit couldn't say when that evening).
My daughter called me@ approximately 6:30 to say the flowers had just been delivered.
I do want to thank Rena/Rina (customer service rep) who did an outstanding job with the situation! I would also like to say another person who called the next day to follow-up and explain what happened! She said the florist forgot to provide fyf with all of the necessary delivery information, apologized for the confusion, asked if there were anything else she could do and thanked me for the business!

Flowers arrived when they said.
I had a good expeirence. I accidentaly input the wrong address or there was a computer error but ill take the blame for that one. Everything went well I called the number on your website and they changed the address. The flowers were promised before noon but arrived around 3pm. I was promised a refund for the early morning delivery but never received it. Or not yet. But what really disappointed me is that I ordered the higher quality which is I believe above the deluxe and when flowers arrived they were really small.
The best online ordering of anything i have ever dealt with! Hands down.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
