I was impressed with the ease of using your site, the reasonable prices and other options. However, I was contacted by a customer service rep at the end of the day that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on, and told that they wouldn't be delivered that day. To make it worse, they were substituting the flowers that I chose for something COMPLETELY different. I was OK with them being delivered a day later than expected, and I was OK with a substitute, with one stipulation that I clearly mentioned when contacted about it, and that was that the bouquet had orchids in it. My friend's mother had passed away, and I specifically chose a bouquet that had orchids in it, because it was his mother's favorite flower. I was pretty heartbroken to see that the bouquet he received didn't have a single orchid, and was not near as pretty as the bouquet I had chosen online. I would have rather paid more on another site and actually received what I ordered, instead of a completely different bouquet that was not at all like the one I ordered, and didn't have the flower that I was so specifically shopping for.

Flowers were being delivered to my wife's place of business. They were supposed to be there before 4:00 and they didn't get there until after 4:00. Therefore my wife got her bday flowers the next day. Very disappointed.

I can not give a satisfactory on the selection of flowers as they are being sent to another person or place. I do not see the flowers myself. I can only rate from the person who receives them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
