Ordered the Super Sweet Snack Gift Basket. Was a little disappointed in what was delivered. It did not have as much candy as shown in the website photo for this gift basket. Have emailed support with a copy of my order confirmation and a photo of what was delivered. We will see how they respond.
Ordering was easy. The shipping and handling charge was a surprise. These were sent to my granddaughter who is going through a tough time, and she was so thrilled. The flowers are her favorite colors, and everything was fresh and nicely arranged. I have no complaints about this order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
