The experience was great, I chose the florist arrangement. Even though mom was happy with it (she loves daisys), I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. All of the flowers were white, or VERY pale pink. I had thought that it might be more colorful/happy looking. The ribbon was fuchsia, which helped a little bit. I won't chose this arrangement next time, I will pick a bouquet that I can see ahead of time.

I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FLOWERS. They looked nothing like the photo in which is displayed on the online selection. There was "not one white rose" in the entire bouquet. I carefully selected this bouquet and was embarrassed when I SAW WHAT WAS DELIVERED. While I do like Lilies I did not elect the Lilly bouquet on purpose. I ordered the "Enchanted Cottage" Bouquet and was anything but enchanted when I saw what was delivered. Epic FAIL!

Not select a bouquet of lilies to be sent. I made my selection on the color factor.
I needed a space to write a message about the delivery, that would have been helpful as this is a retirement celebration between 1-3 pm, I paid for expedited to make sure it is there by noon, but I don't know where they will leave it.
Everything was fine, the flowers were delivered ahead of the celebration and the retiree loved them. Thank you.
Smooth and easy to place the order
The flowers that were ordered on line were not what was delivered to the funeral home. Although they were beautiful I was still a little disappointed that they were not even close to the picture online. This was for a business associate.
I will order more from you, if this one gets delivered, and is in good shape. Also, the handling fee should be added right away so you know how much you are paying.
I will order more flowers in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
