A little disappointed that the florist looked up on their own the phone number to the recipient and called them rather than me (was intended to be a surprise). Otherwise satisfied.
I paid for my flowers to be delivered by 1030 and didn't receive them untill after 12, almost ruined my special day for this young lady. I expect to get what I pay for
I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it looked nice, however the picture on the website had beautiful Orange Lilies. The Lilies were not in the arrangement that was sent. This flowers did look nice but I would have liked the Orange Lilies as were shown on the website arrangement.
The site was easy to use and I was able to know where things were. The person who recieved the flowers are really happy with the result.

The flowers were good and the delivery was within the 4 hour window... barely. I selected a small box of chocolates but what I received was pecan chocolates, and I was hoping for more variety. Also there may have been an allergy issue, so it would be nice to be able to choose more specifically what kind of chocolates I get.
The delivery got to the destination 5 hours after the guaranteed rush delivery time and the recipient didn't receive her gift from me due the very late delivery
