The arrangement was a big disappointment as the colors were yellow/white and not the vibrant multi color shown in the picture which is the reason i chose this particular arrangement. Not to mention the arrangement listed 4 types of flowers used and only 1 of the four were included in the birthday cake. The cost of what was charged did not equate out to what was delivered. I felt significantly over charged!
Not what was shown online. About one third size. I have pictures. Thinking about having American express cancel the sale. Can't reach by phone. Bad outfit. Contact me.

The price of delivery was not mentioned until added on at the end. We should know before checking out what that charge would be. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
Wonderful flowers.
I ordered a beautiful arrangement and what was received looked nothing like what was pictured on the site. The vase was completely different and they didn't even put a bow or anything around the vase to dress it up. I do understand that each flower company has their own supplies possibly differing from what the site describes, however, the arrangement was no were as full as the arrangement ordered and the flowers were leaning over like they were wilted. I was so embarrassed that this is the arrangement my friend in her time of mourning received. I even sent pictures of what I ordered and what I received to fromyouflowers, but they just offered me a $10-gift certificate. I don't want a $10 gift certificate when I don't trust you to provide what I paid for and to not make it right when notified of the problem.
They need to issue me a full refund plus give me a gift certificate for a free arrangement so they can prove this can be made right.

There were so many items to choose from for same day delivery, I loved them all. Although, the order I chose for my mothers birthday did not arrive correctly. I chose the flowers that come in a Mason Jar and they did not arrive in one. I was very disappointed as I was sending them from my son Mason. For the price, I expected to get what I ordered. The flower arrangement and balloon was beautiful though.
