This was very easy to use from a smart phone.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and was called by phone saying there would not be same day service. Then emailed the next day saying that there would be no delivery. I called customer service and was told I would get future credit in the amount of the flowers I had ordered (49.99). They then emailed saying a 20 dollar credit would be issued on my NEXT order. This was by no means what I was told via phone AND this was the second time in a year that flowers were not delivered as ordered. I have learned to NEVER use this company again and you shouldn't either. LIES, LIES, LIES
I will use Fromyouflowers again. The flowers were beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
