Very easy site
This is my first time ordering from this company. I was extremely pleased with the delivery service and quality of the flower arrangement
My experience was a good one, but there was a handling fee that didn't show up until end of order. I was shocked, I may have to do more price checking to see if other places do this.
Order received was nothing as seen in the photo. Deluxe size was ordered/upgraded and it looked like the regular, not even. Sunflowers were also displayed however there were no sunflowers in the order received. Customer service was FANTASTIC. I understand it is not directly with fromyouflowers as I am sure not all the florist they work with are of this quality. However, just want to provide this feedback to the company as this particular florist fell short in delivering the expectation (Miami, FL *******) for fromyouflowers.

The service fee is a bit pricey and should be disclosed earlier or somewhere else on the website. Other than that we shall see if the delivery and arrangement turns out well!
Update: flowers looked NOTHING like the arrangement I picked and even though I upgraded my order the arrangement was skimpy and barely had any roses or purple flowers even though it was called Lavender Rose and Lily blooms! Not one lavender rose out of the three roses sent...skimpy purple vase...an over abundance of greenery! Ridiculous! Yes they refunded SOME of my money but only after I insisted and refused a 20% refund which would have been $12 on a $60 order. Not very happy!

My wife is out of town on her Birthday. I paid extra for pre-noon delivfery, but the delivery was made at aabout 5:00 PM. It would be a nice gesture to put the pre-noon delivery fee back on my card.
Card was incorrect instead of Love MJ and Duane it said Love MJA NDDuane
