Was fast and easy. However, I was not aware of the $14.99 handling fee that was added. Also since I ordered the top I expected a few more flowers. Still, the arrangement was pretty and well done.

While the final product delivered was very nice, the delivery service was terrible. I paid for a noon delivery and the flowers did not arrive until 5 p.m. and then one arrangement was delivered to my home while the other was sent to the funeral home and I had to make several calls to Customer Service while waiting for the very delayed delivery. Now I must wait for my credit card bill to make sure the expedited delivery charges have been taken off and correct charges are being applied. I feel that fromyouflowers.com owes me some sort of compensation/credit for all the inconvenience our family endured during a difficult time.

Way small was to be delivered on 10 / 8 per online 10/9 was told in morning came about 4pm everything was small candy sells in store retail 7.95 back man's has flowers for 70.00 look like a head compared to this...very disappointed in all aspects

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
