The flowers were beautiful and delivered timely but entire point of ordering the arrangement I did was to get the mason jar vase. Sadly, a simple glass vase was substituted by the florist. Other than that, the experience was fine. I may try them again and just not order such a specific arrangement.

Flowers are pretty but I ordered that morning and then expected them in a few hours but unfortunately it didn't get there until three hours after promised
All of my expectations have been satisfied. It is easy to order and have been told that the flowers I have ordered are beautiful. My only complaint is that the "sale" prices are good but when all is totaled the price is expensive. With that said, I will use this site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
