I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. It was not as robust as I thought it was going to be. But my Mom enjoyed them so that is all that matters.
Your arrangement was not what it showed online,. Delivery was good. Prices were not that God. Nice specials but extra cost made them to expensive. Arrangement of flowers was not to my expectation. Was very disappointed
Arrived in good condition - thought the plant would be bigger. Also surprised it arrived in a box with Styrofoam peanuts and that I had to assemble. If this was a gift, I think I would be disappointed at the presentation.
Your customer service is no reflection of my complaint - other than not being notified until after the cut off for same day delivery that my order couldn't be filled by a local florist. Knowing earlier would have given me the time to change it.
What arrived is a sad comparison to what is pictured. Please don't list things for same day delivery if they cannot be filled same day! Also, please don't show in a picture and precisely describe what will arrive and have it look like a cheap knock off.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
