I had commented previously about the handling fee and 'levels' of bouquet you could order. I received a thorough, prompt, and personal message explaining the processes behind my concerns. While I still feel that those things should be better presented, before you start your purchase, I feel they are legitimate charges and a reasonable practice. I will be using FromYouFlowers again in the future.

It's easy to order. Great products... handling charge $14 a little steep but I will order again :)
I paid extra for delivery before noon. They cut it close, but did make it. The flowers looked good and we're arranged with care and included several yet to bloom but plenty already wide open.
My sister received her flowers right when her office closed at 5 o'clock also some of the flowers were dried up and damaged due to probably movement in truck but items should be secured for the amount I paid. Not satisfied today.
