This was an order for Boss's Day. I chose a "Thank you" balloon, but a "Happy Birthday" balloon was delivered instead. Very disappointing.
It was a good experience. It was a very easy way of ordering a birthday gift for my daughter in another state. The flower cake was pretty and unusual. I received a notice that I had a coupon for 12.00 off but felt it was a bit misleading because the handling cost was over that much and then I had to purchase a higher priced item for the area she lives. I also think the cost of the flower cake was a bit high compared to that of other vendors used.
After searching around I found what I wanted. Delivery lady had a hard time finding my condo, it's a hidden street. But she waited for me to meet her to deliver. A++++ to the driver

For the upgrade, the bouquet wasn't very big and I ordered a balloon that said Congratulations. The balloon received said Happy Birthday.

I would prefer to have the total, including delivery charge, before committing to payment through paypal.
