The pic given in the website on the basis of which i ordered and the actual delivery of the flowers was not as per expectations. So though delivery time and price were a 5 star for the flowers delivered i would say 2 stars.

Not satisfied at all with the flower arrangement delivered vis a vis the order as it was perceived.

Online shopping was quick but my order took a very long time to get there and it looked very cheap compared to the picture. I understand it's not going to look exactly the same but it looked like a fake plant from the dollar store.

Just got a call from my relatives who received the flowers and they said they were gorgeous.

First time shopping here - site is very user-friendly, and arrangements look lovely. Was hoping not to be disappointed. However, next day delivery didn't occur, and the arrangement is much less attractive than that shown on line in terms of the flowers used and quantity of flowers. Flowers were much fewer, and they all look very 'tired'. Bottom line: disappointed!

When comparing prices/arrangements with other florist they are by far the best. The communication of delivery/follow-up was exceptional from beginning to end. My delivery was not made on time although I paid extra. They did not deliver it to the business listed instead contacted recipient and delivered to her house. When I called customer service line and explained what happen the agent made excuses never apologized and said they were at least delivered. When I explained the importance of them being delivered to the business she cut me off repeatly until I had to explained to her as a customer service agent she was being rude by cutting me off and the she is not understanding the fact of them "at least being delivered" was not the point. Her as a customer service agent not acknowledging and validating was an issue not the 4.99 she assumed I wanted. 10 years she worked for the company and I wanted her last day to end with flowers saying thank you. An apology for the mix up would've been enough but instead my frustration with a untimely delivery was fueled more with the lack of customer service I received when I called about my concerns. I am dissatisfied all around.
