I ordered the largest of the three sizes and paid for the morning arrival. The more elaborate bouquet and early delivery charges brought the cost to double the standard price. Arrangement arrived around 15:30 and was thin to the sight. Feels like I paid premium for basic. Not satisfied.
I am not happy with the fact that I paid for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered. I called and they said the people tried to deliver but didn't get an answer which is a joke because the family was home the whole day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
