It was convenient, fast, and I like that I could get same day service. Hopefully, my sister will say the flowers were beautiful.
The flowers were not delivered until Monday morning, Oct. 26th, even though I was guaranteed same day (Sat.) delivery. I was very upset about this. The flowers were going to my sister who was in the hospital in another state from where I live and did not know if she would be there on the following Monday. The florist the web site contacted to fill my order closes on Friday afternoon and does not reopen until Monday morning. Evidently, the web site did not even verify that the order could be delivered as guaranteed. I was told the florist said they did not get the order until Monday morning. I have no problem with the flowers or price, but would have liked to have had them delivered as promised.

The family was not home at time of delivery. The florist called me immediately and offered to deliver at a later time, but I had him deliver the flowers to a friend in the area and went myself and got the flowers and delivered them to the recipient.

Smoother experience than other sites we've tried [UPDATE]: My mothier-in-law received the flowers. I was a bit disappointed that even though we bumped up to a more premium bouquet, it looked largely the same, with the exception of what looked like a hydrangea blossom stuck in at the side. It didn't even appear to go with the rest of the bouquet. The rest of the experience was good, but I very much doubt I'd ever go premium again.

Advertised product online the florist couldn't deliver and wasn't called until the day after the arrangement was supposed to arrive at the funeral home. So no same day service, delivered over 24 hours later and had no idea what was being sent since I couldn't see a picture of it. Not happy about paying for a product I ordered in good faith with a specific delivery date and didn't get either one. I should be reimbursed for some of my money. Something that started out so great and easy to use ended up being very disappointing.

I was happy with everythin that I ordered. I was very unhappy with the delivery. I paid an extra $4.00 to have the flowers arrive by noon. They arrived late therefor my niece did not get them on her birthday, she got them the next day...
The. Roses where falling part
The flowers arrived in the afternoon (about 4:30 p.m.) despite my paying for the expedited service to have them delivered in the morning (between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., so that felt like a waste. The flowers themselves were decent. They didn't match the product's picture on the site, but they were arranged nicely. The orange roses, meant to be the primary component of the bouquet, were only partially bloomed and never had a chance to open fully before they began to wither, which was a letdown. Three gorgeous red roses were unexpectedly included which may have occurred in recognition of this, which I appreciated. The person I bought the flowers for loved them, so I'm just glad that she was happy. However, for the price, I would have hoped for less hiccups. I would hesitate before using this service again in the future, but will not write it off entirely. Overall, a convenient service with promise.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
