This was great. When the driver couldn't find my great granddaughter he called, I got their phone number and called him back with it. I then called him again to make sure he found the house and he did. Thanks for the extra effort!

First, someone called to notify the person getting the flowers was arriving taking away my surprise. Second, they spelled my name wrong, third, the flowers were not even close to what I saw/ordered, on the website.

I paid extra for the "four hour delivery"...

I paid extra for the "four hour delivery" option. Not only did the order not come within four hours, it took seven and a half hours. The late arrival of the order caused me lots of stress on our 35TH wedding anniversary and caused us to be late for our dinner reservations. Honestly, I was very disappointed. But, my wife loved the flowers and candy, in spite of this.

I would like to see the difference on the website of each of the price ranges for the sizes of the flowers - small, medium and large. I paid for the medium which looks like the picture but I guess I thought the picture reflected the small.
