It was easy to order and pick out the flowers, but some of the flowers were not very good. It was also VERY expensive to send these flowers. Id like to be ale to do something for $20 dollars or so, instead of almost $40.

I'm not sure that my flowers/balloon got delivered timely for the extra $$ that I paid. It doesn't seem like they were there before noon today...
It was very important to me that the flowers be delivered on time. They were a birthday gift to my granddaughter who turned 6 year old. She was thrilled to receive a gift at the door, she felt very grown up. Having the flowers delivered on time and as ordered was wonderful, helping to create a very special memory for my VERY special granddaughter. I can't thank you enough for that.
Trying to send a gift basket out-of-state for my teenage nephew recovering from injury (flowers not really a good option). Fromyouflowers.com had nice baskets to choose from in a range of sizes and options. Fast and easy to navigate site, others were a bit cumbersome. Intuitive add-ons make ordering easy (ballons). For a guy with little patience ordering online, this was quick and painless. Delivery was made just a few hours after placing order. Sister sent photos of delivery and basket - exactly what was ordered.
What I received was a great disappointment. What I received was a bouquet of greenery. Very few flowers. Much too much filler. This was a birthday gift. I am sorely displeased and embarrassed. Will not oredr again.

15 Service and Handling Fee? My order was 44 but 30 in add on fees, Half of that being a hidden Service and Handling Fee. Feels bait and switch like. Should I not have gotten my discount on the entire order? Fees and add ons everything but sales tax? Saving 10$ Should have save 15.60 on the order not 10$.
The florist used for the delivery was not the bestbut it got there. From you Flowers was fantastic at dealing with this issue.
