Your site is very user friendly! I didn't know the day the flowers were to be delivered if they were in fact done. The customer representative was amazing but couldn't reach the florist who delivered them therefore, I had to wait until the following day to learn they were received. Better communication from the florist sending would be nice.

Ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery...They weren't delivered. Contacted them the next morning and got a message that they were looking into it. Finally, at 3:00 after yet another email (phone puts you on hold forever). Sorry, can't do it today either, we will deliver it tomorrow (Saturday) and give you a $10 gift certificate. I responded that she didn't work on Saturday and that a gift certificate for $10 was an insult.
Finally a supervisor called me...It was like talking to a brick wall. Now they were going to upgrade the flowers, give me a $20 gift certificate, but still won't deliver until Saturday when the business is closed. WTF? It's too late to order from someone else for today's delivery.

I think your delivery fee should be included in your price of flowers. $15 added at end plus tax is diciteful. Obviously, this is a site dedicated to delivering flowers. Please re-evaluate your site.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
